    Tropfharninkontinenz

    Von Leckage spricht man, wenn nach dem Toilettengang ein paar Tropfen Urin ausgeschieden werden. Ein möglicher Grund für das Nachtropfen ist, dass sich die Blase beim Urinieren nicht vollständig entleert. Stattdessen sammelt sich der Urin in der Harnröhre, die dann von der Blase entleert werden muss. Eine häufige Ursache für Harnverlust bei Frauen ist eine schwache Beckenbodenmuskulatur, bei Männern eine vergrößerte Prostata.
    Gemischte Harninkontinenz

    In diesem Fall besteht ein Zusammenhang zwischen Drang- und Belastungsinkontinenz. Das bedeutet, dass die Betroffenen unter Druck Urin verlieren und einen ständigen Harndrang verspüren. In den meisten Fällen ist eine der beiden Formen stärker ausgeprägt als die andere.
